1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy applies to the Fumis WiRCU application (“the Application”), which together with the Fumis WiRCU device forms the WiRCU product (“the Product”).
In this Privacy Policy “we” or “us” means Fumis.
In order for us to provide you with a fully functional Product, we need to process certain personal information held electronically or otherwise. We will always treat this information in an appropriate manner and in accordance with the relevant data protection laws. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how we collect your personal information, what we do with it, how we look after it and how long we keep it for.
2. WE NEED TO HOLD CERTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT YOU SO THAT WE CAN SUPPORT THE USE OF THE PRODUCT
During your use of the Product, we may collect and store certain information. Such information may have the nature of:
i) personal information of the user (you) and/or
ii) technical information on operation of the Product and devices to which it is attached or otherwise connected or associated to (for example, what temperature your heating appliance is set to and for what period of time).
We only collect and store information directly associated with the operation or functionalities of the Product or its connected devices.
