Welcome to the LIFE Green Stove Project, an exciting initiative dedicated to introducing an innovative pellet stove with outstanding efficiency and reduced emissions to the market. Fumis by ATech, as one of the three key project partners, has played a crucial role in developing the cutting-edge smart controller for pellet stoves known as the Green Stove Controller.

Financed by the European LIFE program, the Green Stove Project aligns perfectly with the objectives of the European Green Deal for climate neutrality while making strides towards the development of flueless biomass products. Recognized by the European Innovation Radar platform, the project is set to make a significant impact.

About the Project

This groundbreaking stove is a significant leap forward in the heating device market, the result of a collaboration between Gruppo Palazzetti, an esteemed Italian manufacturer, and RVDistribution, a leading Belgian company.

Our Green Stove Controller, a cornerstone of this innovative stove, ensures exceptional stove control, achieving an impressive 92% efficiency.

Award-Winning Innovation

We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Bronze Innovation Award by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Primorska for our latest intelligent controller for biomass stoves, designed for the LIFE Green Stove project.

This recognition is a testament to our commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Project Purpose

The core purpose of the Green Stove Project is to empower European households with smartly controlled biomass gasification that dramatically reduces pollutants while using renewable fuel.

By doing so, we actively support the EU's ambitious goal of becoming the first continent to achieve zero climate impact.

Challenges Addressed

Air Quality: Air pollution, a global health risk, is addressed by reducing primary pollutants such as PM, NOx, O3, CO, SO2, Pb, PAH, Formaldehyde, and Rn.
Domestic Heating: With 62.8% of energy consumption in EU households dedicated to space heating, the project focuses on more sustainable solutions.
Emissions of Pellet Stoves: Despite their potential, pellet stoves still emit relatively high levels of pollutants, a challenge that this project addresses head-on.

Why Now

The timing for the Green Stove Project couldn't be more perfect. Factors such as our expertise in eco-friendly solutions, a growing population with increasing heating demands, the need for optimized heating, and growing environmental concerns have converged to make this initiative essential. Moreover, seasonal heating instability and shifting temperature patterns necessitate innovative solutions that align with the changing climate.
